Small-to-Medium ICT Purchasers

Many smaller companies could benefit greatly from improved use of ICT.  However, they are often under-using the technology available.  One of the key reasons for this is a fear of purchasing something that they do not understand.

Anybody holding Accredit UK certification can be trusted to provide an excellent service.  Furthermore, because the standard is awarded on a Segment by segment basis, you can spot instantly what that business is certified to do.

Helping Purchasing Processes

While Accredit UK was being designed, many smaller Purchasers stated that they found purchasing ICT solutions a difficult experience.  They were often blinded by jargon and so did not know how to best evaluate potential Suppliers.

Suppliers too were worried about this – businesses that were consulted realised that a better informed Purchaser almost always means a better Supplier-Purchaser relationship.
